Art of Superwomen, Isuzu made us feel like queens Mampintsha must rein in his wife

-

Let’s forget a bit about the SAMAS blues. Isuzu treated us like queens this week, in fact they set the bar so high that from now on I will only attend highclass events, unless I’m broke and it is a mampara week.

I’m tired of mingling with basic people.

The founder of Art of Superwoman, mom and wife, Olwethu Leshabane has partnered with car brand Isuzu. They hosted phenomenal South African women at Nirox Sculpture Park and Farmhouse 58 for a day of pampering and empowerment.

The women were selected randomly by mentees who believe they are an inspiration. They spent an hour on the road in an Izuzu D-max where they got to bond and share pearls of wisdom. Former Banyana Banyana captain Portia Modise shared her moving story about the politics of the soccer industry. I can safely say she is my favourite lesbian at the moment.

Speaking of lesbians, I’m told that Zizo Tshwete is over-friendly with lesbians lately.

Businesswomen Sibu Mabena was present and spoke about her success. Liver transplant survivor, living with lymphedema and influencer Mimo Mokgosi drove with the mentees, sharing how she got a second chance at life after her transplant. That mentee must be traumatised. The ladies were treated to a farmhouse lunch and a hike up the waterfalls at the Cradle of Humankind, and some bubbly while watching the sun set.

Well, after some night of partying at Makhoba Wethu’s birthday celebration, we received an invite to an exclusive viewing of the Umshado Wethu Season 2, which is a reality TV show about Durban-based Gqom artists and couple Mampintsha and Babes Wodumo at the Radisson Hotel in Umhlanga in Durban.

Gosh! the hotel looks exactly like the one in Sandton, Johannesburg. Everything was going so well until the drama between the Maphumulos and the Simelanes started unfolding, all in the name of not respecting one another.

The fight was all about the show and the Maphumulos looked as if they were never briefed on what to expect next.

Mampintsha must teach his wife some manners and be respectful towards mothers. She wanted to exchange blows with her mother-in-law and Mampintsha’s sister.

The man of the house, Mampintsha, just watched and never bothered to discipline any of them. We sat there and watched as they hurled insults, fighting over Mampintsha. You could swear that Mampintsha is married to all of them and they are fighting to control and own him. Take it from me. Never again bring your mother and wife in one room. Those two will kill each other if you don’t reprimand them.

Dladla Mshunqisi, you were looking fly, darling, but I have to say, please kindly change that hairstyle. It makes you look like an American movie warrior. It’s been ages with the same hairstyle.
