The ANC created Zuma

- Bloemfontein

When some of the simpletons in the ANC came to Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi to complain about the president of South Africa at that time, Jacob Zuma, the prince told them plainly that Zuma is their own doing.

This was at the moment when South Africans and the ANC had already voted for Zuma, twice, but were now trying to dump him. In reality, the only reason the ANC and South Africa were at that time hostile towards Zuma, is that they were making room for Cyril Ramaphosa.

Also, Zuma who initially was easy to bite suddenly became too hard to chew and was beginning to bite back.

But who is Zuma, and is he as strong as his legal battles and political longevity project him to be? The answer is no. Zuma was always the reckless player who always got away and got what he wanted at the expense of others.

But for the South African political field, Zuma is the perfect symbol of general immorality. It is easy for some today to isolate Zuma and corruption from their darling Ramaphosa, the ANC, and the South African supporters who cheered him on when he was dismissed as deputy president for corrupted relations with a convicted fraudster through a court of law.

Yet there is merit in the claims that the legal system is biased towards Zuma.

I wonder if Zuma is aware that when a private prosecution of those who shared personal information about him illegally is possible, then an inquiry into the way the spy tapes were obtained may also be possible.
