The most challenging period of her life was when she was teaching foundation phase. She found children to be so young and vulnerable, but with time and love, she came to understand them better. Sejake found herself occupying leadership positions, which can be a bit challenging, especially when one has to lead a school they are not familiar with. Her strong character ensured she never settled for less. She let her work do the talking and through that, she gained the trust of the school community. “I just love children,” she says.
