BABA Mthethwa s nemesis, Ramphareng Leslie Boshielo, appeared in the Secunda Magistrate s Court on Thursday for the third time.

Mthethwa, the Sesotho commentator on pay channel SuperSport, was not there.

Boshielo is facing attempted murder charges after allegedly firing shots at Mthethwa s house in December last year, hitting his Lexus.

The Sasol employee and Vaal University of Technology lecturer stated in his affidavit that Mthethwa was sleeping with his wife.

Boshielo said his wife admitted to having a relationship with Mthethwa, and that he had forgiven her.

The woman at the centre of the triangle is known only as Mrs BV and was at Boshielo s side on Thursday.

When Boshielo appeared in court las month, the case was postponed for further investigation.

Boshielo s attorney, Zakir Rasool, told Sunday World that Mthethwa has been playing catand-mouse games with them.

For the case to be heard, we need his [Mthethwa s] assistance. He needs to sign and acknowledge certain documents, but he always has excuses. He now says he is out of the country. He is trying to frustrate the process. We have also looked at settling this matter out of court with him,” said Rasool.

He added that if Mthethwa didn t make an effort to meet them before May 9, when Boshielo must appear again, he will ask the magistrate to strike the case off the roll.

We can t have this matter on the roll for more than six months. He laid the charges, so why is he playing games?” asked Rasool.

Mthethwa did not respond to Sunday World queries.
