Dangerous form of dumping litter

Derrick Fellows writes: WHILE driving down Southwell Road towards town this morning (Monday), I was startled by a plastic bottle that came hurtling towards me, after having been thrown from the vehicle in front of me by a passenger.

I was not able to get the full registration number of the vehicle, but the registration letters were HDR (Hate Dumped Refuse).

This is a potentially dangerous form of dumping, and those who wish to indulge in it should make sure that their organisation’s name is not emblazoned on their vehicle. The flyboys of 43 Air School would do well to bear this in mind.
