of life. There has been so much debris picked up around there over the past 50 or so years, it is hardly visible – the local farmers and fishermen found suitable use for this treasure.
This was never frowned upon, as the relevant laws were not in force and when done, it is extremely difficult to police. It has been very amusing over the years to see fishermen’s shacks, with roofs made from shipwreck debris.
