SPECIAL FIND: The Kowie Camera Club’s winning photo for May, titled ‘Brown Nautilus’, was taken by Herman Groenewald. ‘The brown paper nautilus is a rare and special find when beachcombing; this one I picked up near Kleinemonde a couple of years ago. The photograph was taken in early morning light as the tide pushed a ribbon of foam up the clean-swept beach,’ Groenewald said.
