Soup Kitchen quiz: thanks all

A huge thank you to TotT, Jon Houzet and Adele Steck for your efforts in the Talk of the Town and Stenden SA fundraising quiz for the Port Alfred Soup Kitchen.

Sadly, due to Covid-19 regulations, we were only allowed a maximum of 10 tables so our fundraising efforts were not as great as usual from the quiz evenings, but every cent helps keep food in tummies, which we are grateful for.

As usual, we had our glitches but well done Wouter Hensens on being the fixer on this one.

We raised R5,010 for the evening, including the raffle sales.

Special thanks again Stenden and MyPond for the venue and amazing eats, and it was good to see a lot of new faces involved. Thank you again to all the participants and sponsors, being Stenden South Africa, the MyPond meal vouchers, Port Alfred River and Skiboat Club for their awesome fish, chips and salad meal vouchers, Leach Pharmacy and Wharf Street Fruit & Veg.
