CROQUETCORNER

The finals in the Club Championships were completed this week. Congratulations to the following winners: Jill Pople (open singles); Phyll Russell (handicap singles); Anne Prettijohn and Greta Snaith (open doubles); Noeline Kirsten and Phyll Russell (handicap doubles).

Practice for participants in the upcoming National Croquet tournament once again took place on Friday afternoon.

On Saturday after a relaxing afternoon of social croquet and bowls, the club members enjoyed a build-a-burger evening. Thanks to all the organisers and helpers the burgers were delicious and the company great!
