Quick noodles
Woolies’ instant noodles are for more than just soup. Add your other favourite readymade, pantry or freezer staples, and you’ll have food on the table in minutes.
1 Salmon with vegetable broth
Serves 2

vegetable stock 2 cups
pak choi, asparagus or baby spinach 100 g
fish sauce 1T
fine vermicelli noodles, cooked, for serving
canned salmon, for serving
1 Heat the stock in a saucepan. Poach the vegetables in the stock. Reduce the stock for 5 minutes, then season with the fish sauce.
2 Serve with the noodles and salmon.
2 Sticky stir-fry noodles

Woolworths crumbed chicken schnitzels 2
Woolworths Quicksticks two-minute noodles 2 x 75 g packets
whole chillies (fresh or dried) 2
canola oil 1T
Woolworths prepared garlic and ginger 1 t of each cube
hoisin sauce 3T
1 Cook the chicken according to package instructions in the oven or air-fryer.
2 Cook the noodles without the flavour sachet. Fry the chillies in the oil with the garlic and ginger.
3 Add the noodles and stir-fry. Add the hoisin sauce and fry until sticky. Serve with the sliced crispy chicken.
3 Easy mac-and-cheese style noodles

Woolworths frozen roasted Mexicanstyle corn mix 200 g
butter 1T
cream 1 cup
bacon 125 g
Woolworths Quicksticks two-minute noodles 2 x 75 g packets
Cheddar or Parmesan 100 g, grated
1 Fry the corn mix in the butter until slightly golden. Add the cream and reduce for 5 minutes.
2 Fry the bacon until crispy.
3 Cook the noodles without the flavour sachet. Serve with the corn, bacon and grated cheese.
4 Asian greens with vermicelli

sugar snap peas, mangetout and asparagus (or any other greens) 200 g
radishes 4, sliced
baby cucumbers 4, sliced
fresh ginger 1 t crushed
rice wine vinegar 4T
vermicelli noodles, cooked, for serving
pickled ginger, for serving
wasabi, for serving
Woolworths crispy onion sprinkle, for serving
1 Blanch the greens, then drain.
2 Toss the radishes and baby cucumbers with the ginger and rice wine vinegar.
3 Serve with the noodles, pickled ginger, wasabi and crispy onions.
5 Thai peanut noodles

peanut butter 3T
soya sauce 2T
fish sauce 1T
coconut milk 1 cup
Woolworths Quicksticks two-minute noodles 2 x 75 g packets
charred broccoli, for serving
toasted peanuts, for serving
sriracha sauce, for serving
1 Combine the peanut butter, soya sauce, fish sauce and coconut milk in a saucepan and heat through.
2 Cook the noodles without the flavour sachet and serve with the peanut sauce, charred broccoli, toasted peanuts and sriracha sauce.
6 Coconut pork bowl

pork mince 200 g
Woolworths prepared garlic, ginger, chilli and lemongrass 1 t of each cube
coconut milk 1 x 400 ml can
fish sauce 1T
Woolworths Quicksticks two-minute noodles 2 x 75 g packets
limes 2, for serving
chilli oil, for serving
1 Fry the mince in the oil for 3 minutes, then add the garlic, ginger, chilli and lemongrass.
2 Remove the mince from the pan. Add the coconut milk, season with the fish sauce and cook for 5–10 minutes.
3 Cook the noodles without the flavour sachet. Serve the mince with the noodles, limes and chilli oil.
