Child seats now compulsory

The department of transport has published an amendment to the National Road Traffic Regulations, that covers the safety of children in vehicles.

The new regulation provides for the compulsory use of child restraint seats in vehicles. The driver of the vehicle is responsible for ensuring this. – Citizen reporter
