AUCTION: EQUIPMENT, VEHICLES AND INDUSTRIAL WORKSHOP IN PRETORIA UP FOR GRABS
Park Village Auctions is inviting offers to bid on a large collection of quality engineering equipment, vehicles and a sizable industrial workshop located in Waltloo, Pretoria.
The sale falls under the auspices of PVA’s business rescue division which specialises in selling businesses that are experiencing difficulties. Most businesses are simply in need of a capital injection or restructuring to continue operating and therefore represent a great opportunity for investors, says PVA’s LeRoy Augustyn.
Equipment to be sold include a manual hydraulic frame press, a hydraulic frame press complete with a power pack, an LVD bending brake, an LVD guillotine, a Maho milling machine, a winch with a motor and gearbox, a shot blast enclosure including air blast tank, fume extraction systems, a round bar roller, a radial arm drill, a pedestal drill, a plasma cutter, assorted center lathes, vertical band saws, welders, punch and crop machines, assorted plate rolls, profile rolls, workbenches with vices, grinders, welders, compressors, pallet jacks, and machine trolleys.
Additional assets include a generator, office furniture and equipment, stock from off-cuts and scrap material and miscellaneous “work in progress” items.
The property on offer is situated at 289 Zasm Street. It takes the form of a large industrial workshop with ancillary offices and a double storey office building, measuring 6 939m2 in total.
The property occupies a favourable position within the industrial heart of Waltloo in Pretoria. It is neighboured by a host of manufacturing and processing plants related to various industries, within walking distance of the Waltloo train station and is easily accessible from the N1 and N4 highways respectively.
