Gold Circle sorry about Greyville track

Gold Circle apologises unreservedly for the inadequate preparation of the Greyville track last Friday night.

The track will receive urgent attention before the next turf race meeting to be held on Saturday, 19 May.

An inquiry has been opened into the circumstances regarding the preparation of the track and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken should such measures be required.
