Portuguese giants Benfica are in danger of Uefa Champions League elimination, after drawing 1-1 at home against PAOK in the first leg of their play-off last week.

They now head to Greece in an attempt to keep themselves in the competition, and secure the £35 million on offer if they can book a spot in Thursday’s group stage draw.

Benfica are yet to lose in the Champions League this season, after getting past Fenerbahce in the previous round.

Meanwhile, PAOK will go through with a clean sheet, so they’re likely not to take any risks in this encounter, making it very hard to predict.

A draw won’t be the worst bet, but I think Benfica might just edge this one and go through to the group stage. Pool Name – S6 V3 P2 M1: Everton v Rotherham United. Everton too strong for United.
