Mayambela gets off the mark for his new club

Mihlali Mayambela (left) scored his first goal for his new Portuguese side Farense on Sunday, netting the opener in a 2-1 loss at Leixoes SC. Mihali, who is the younger brother of Chippa United’s Mark Mayambela, joined the club at the start of this season from Swedish side Brage. Farense play in the second tier of Portuguese football and are sixth in the table. His goal against Leixoes came in the 15th minute and was a superb lobbed finish from a difficult angle. The 22-year-old also produced an assist in a 1-0 victory on August 1.
