One dead, two injured in crash

One person died and two others were injured when a car veered out of control and smashed into a tree alongside the road near Southbroom on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, the paramedics said yesterday.

Netcare 911 responded to reports of a serious car crash on an unnamed road in the Gcilima area, inland from Southbroom, late on Saturday afternoon, Netcare 911 spokesperson Shawn Herbst said. – ANA
