Durban venue for showpiece

– Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium has been announced as the host venue for this year’s MTN8 final on Saturday, September 29.

The MTN8 final, to be contested by SuperSport United and Cape Town City, kicks off at 7pm.

The 2018 MTN8 final has been widely billed as “Act II” of the battle between SuperSport United and Cape Town City – following last season’s final which was decided on penalties. At stake is the trophy together with R8 million prize money for the winner. The loser goes home with nothing bar the appearance fee. – ANA
