Denel identifies 8 blast victims

The identities of the eight people who were killed in an explosion at Rheinmetall Denel Munition’s Somerset West site on September 3, have been released.

They are Nico Angelo Samuels, 41 (plant supervisor); Stevon Robert Isaacs, 51 (team leader); and operators Mxolisi Sigadla, 40; Bradley Tandy, 19; Jamie Lesley Haydricks, 24; Jason Hartzenberg, 22; Triston Lance David, 22; and Thandolwethu Mankayi, 27.

Their families attended a session with the forensic pathology service. – ANA
