Mandyu in demand

Free State Stars and Witbank Spurs are believed to be competing for highly- rated University of Johannesburg attacking midfielder Tebogo Mandyu (above) who has been impressive in the Varsity tournament and has attracted interest from a number of professional clubs. Ea Lla Koto and Siyavutha are the main ones who have expressed their interest. “His managers are negotiating with various clubs but he can only join anyone in January when he is done with his studies. He has been consistent for UJ. I thought he would already have been a professional by now but he wanted to finish his studies first,” said a source.
