PSL to remember three luminaries

The Premier Soccer League will observe a moment of silence for the late former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, the late Uthongathi chairman Nicholas Gumede and former player Reggie Jantjies.

This will apply at all Premiership, National First Division and MultiChoice Diski Challenge fixtures today and tomorrow.

Annan’s funeral service was held in Ghana on Thursday.

Gumede, the chairman of Uthongathi FC in the National First Division, died this week and will be buried tomorrow in Tongaat.

Reggie Jantjies, formerly with Cape Town Spurs and Hellenic FC, also died this week. – ANA
