Fatal bus crash investigated

The Road Traffic Management Corporation said yesterday it has sent crash investigators to Limpopo to assist in investigating the cause of a bus crash that killed 11 people and left more than 30 injured.

The crash happened on the N1 near Mookgopong when the bus, reportedly travelling from Zambia to Gauteng, overturned. Initial reports are that the bus had a tyre burst after which the driver lost control and veered off the road. – ANA
