Big guns to strut their stuff

Enable, Cracksman, Roaring Lion and Too Darn Hot are among a cast of stars set to shine at the 32Red Newmarket open weekend on Sunday, when they will appear at a Tattersalls-sponsored gallops morning on Warren Hill.

John Gosden has agreed to showcase the cream of his current crop at the event and the Clarehaven gems will also be joined by other canterers from the stables of Sir Michael Stoute and Sir Mark Prescott, among others.

Gosden said: "We are happy to canter the likes of Enable, Cracksman, Roaring Lion and Too Darn Hot at the open weekend, and I hope plenty of people will come along to see them. There may be a few others too and it's always a

great start to the day."

There is sure to be plenty of interest in getting a glimpse of leading Arc contenders Enable and Cracksman, while Roaring Lion and Too Darn Hot recently contributed to a stellar weekend for the Gosden yard when landing the Group 1 Irish Champion Stakes and Group 2 Champagne Stakes respectively. –
