Taxi drivers a law unto themselves

I’m a very concerned citizen. I’m worried about the the way our rules of the roads are disobeyed by taxi drivers.

Disobedience is the order of the day on our public roads and metro police officers are doing nothing about it because they are involved in taking bribes.

Last week l saw three minibus taxis skipping red robots and driving into oncoming traffic with metro police watching, and they just ignored them.

I want to know from Wayne Minnaar if taxi drivers are al- lowed to bend the rules of the road. Joseph Baloyi
