SA pair step into breach as Dolly, Zungu out

With Keagan Dolly and Bongani Zungu both out with long-term injuries, it is left to Lebo Mothiba (left) and Lebo Phiri to fly the flag for South Africa in France’s Ligue 1 at the moment. Mothiba was in action for his new side Strasbourg on Saturday, as they beat Zungu’s side Amiens 3-1. Mothiba was taken off in the 79th minute. Strasbourg are ninth in Ligue 1, with their victory at the weekend just their second of the season. Mothiba has already scored his first goal for the club, hitting the back of the net a week earlier against Dolly’s Montpellier.
