‘Blame local crises for terrorism’

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari said terrorism is partly fuelled by festering local crises.

Pointing to regional examples of terrorism carried out by Boko Haram and Al Shabaab against Nigeria, Buhari told the UN General Assembly, during its annual general debate in New York, most crises had a “variety of festering causes and effects”. – ANA
