Office furniture – desks, chairs, filing cabinets, computers will also be on offer.
Park Village Auctions (PVA) will soon make available assets from the internationally acclaimed pioneers of vertical sinking shafts, Shaft Sinkers (Pty) Limited, which is currently in business rescue.
The sale falls under the auspices of PVA’s business rescue division which specialises in facilitating sales that help businesses which are experiencing difficulties raise liquid capital.
LeRoy Augustyn of PVA says that most companies which fall under this banner are simply in need of a capital injection to continue operating, and therefore, represent an excellent opportunity for investors.
“We expect to see a good showing at the upcoming sale,” he said. “The assets and parts up for grabs will, naturally, appeal to those involved in mining and engineering and further represent a great opportunity for those who run metal salvage, recycling, and recovery operations as well.”
