Boyfriend stabs woman to death

Police in Tlhabane in the North West have arrested a man for the alleged murder of his 29-year-old girlfriend.

Police spokesperson Sergeant Kelebogile Moleko said that on Sunday the couple were in Mosetlha Street, Tlhabane, when a fight ensued between them.

“It is alleged that the suspect, 32, grabbed a knife and stabbed his girlfriend several times on her upper body,” he said. The suspect appeared in court yesterday on a murder charge. – ANA
