Unions have far too much power

The jobs summit will achieve very little. In a developing country such as SA, unions have far too much power and are responsible for job losses and the suffering that goes with it. Which is better, a job or no job? Decentralised unions are the only way to go, which will ensure some justice for workers and give some confidence to potential employers.

China’s economy wouldn’t be where it is if unions had existed in that country.
