Keep unsafe cars off the road

With only 30% of the vehicles on the road insured, a law should be passed through parliament, that every owner of a vehicle should at least have a balance of Third Party Insurance on their vehicle.

This law should be compulsory and in force by July 2019, failing which your vehicle will be removed off the roads. Ediv
