STEPS TO BREATHE AND REDUCE YOUR STRESS

It is important to add two more things at Steps 3 and 4. When you are breathing in, you are thinking or saying out loud. “In with the light” and when you exhale, “out with the darkness”.

Rabbi G hints that “God willing, we will release some amazing research next year”. Research at the moment is indicating that through meditation and breathing, you can increase your brain matter, which means you will age less quickly and live longer and reduce stress levels significan­tly. Once that research is made public, I will share it with you. There is research that is backing a simple concept of power, peace and purpose and this is a message KKC wants the world to know. Start by integratin­g daily routines of breathing techniques and watch the difference it can make to your life.
