Beggars must be removed

I realise that we live in increasingly difficult times, but begging at traffic intersections is extremely dangerous.

Dancers and jugglers weaving between lanes are a common sight.

Never mind that, but you also see wheelchairs being pushed between moving vehicles.

This is inviting disaster and the time is coming when someone gets killed.

The authorities need to remove all of them.
