Samsung targets 10% hike in Africa

Samsung Electronic­s is targeting an annual 10% increase in revenue from Africa over the next decade.

It’ll concentrat­e on key markets including SA, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Senegal, according to Africa chief executive Sung Yoon.

Television­s will continue to be a top-selling product in the next two decades, he said, although mobile phones are the company’s fastest-growing devices. – Bloomberg
