Older Tau released

National First Division side Royal Eagles have released Percy Tau’s older brother Dumisani and three other players who were deemed surplus to requirements. The 29-year-old midfielder and former Kaizer Chiefs striker Lewis Macha (above), Bongani Chikila and Lungelo Dlamini were handed their clearances by Eagles earlier this week, Phakaaathi Plus has learnt. “The coaching stuff felt there was nothing these players could offer the team and hence they had to be released,” said a source. Dlamini is set to return to AmaZulu, while the other three will have to find employment elsewhere.
