Five sectional-title residential apartments in three secure housing complexes in Midrand will be auctioned by Park Village Auctions (PVA) on Wednesday October 31.

PVA’s Jaco du Toit says the properties represent an excellent opportunity for investment buyers.

Du Toit added: “As more businesses are establishing offices in Midrand [due to its centrality between Johannesburg and Pretoria], hordes of young professionals

The auction will start at 11am with the sale of unit Nos 141 and 341 at Hill of Good Hope II, located on Springfield Road in Errand Gardens.
