Months later, but the PO found me

RJ’s letter in The Citizen, October 19, concerning our infamous parastatal, prompted this contribution:

I received three items of mail on October 18. On opening the first item, it was an invoice dated July 31, the second one also an invoice dated August 8, and, you probably guessed another invoice dated October 5. All invoices were for the same goods.

Give credit where it’s due – the Post Office sometimes, eventual- ly, gets its man. Brian Tarbitt, Sophiatown
