Research as much as you can about your skill. Don’t just go to a speed skill clinic and learn what the pro coach has to say. Go and Google, write down questions to things you don’t understand and even research who are some of the fastest athletes alive. YouTube is great for this and is highly entertaining. Don’t get distracted, stick to your research and then put it away.
