Find a buddy or a community that you can chat to, share and engage with regarding the new skills you want to learn. There is nothing like community to hold you accountable and keep you on the path to at least 50 hours of action.

You are not allowed to quit! Mom and dad are to blame here and an important lesson you can learn from some top sports psychologists is, “if your child comes home and says I don’t like tennis” he/she is actually telling you she doesn’t have enough skills to understand the game and enjoy it. Kids quit too soon and it’s your job as a parent to make sure you provide them with the tools to at least play the sport or use the skill they started.

No quitters here; perseverance and appreciation to working towards something.
