Tottenham host Manchester City tonight in one of the most important matches on the English Premier League calendar, with Spurs still reeling from the midweek draw with PSV Eindhoven that sees them on the brink of elimination from the Uefa Champions League.

Still, Mauricio Pochettino’s side have been in decent form in the Premier League, winning four games in a row – a fine recovery from a couple of September defeats to Watford and Liverpool.

City, however, remain unbeaten in the Premier League this season, and are starting to look more and more like the side that romped to the title in the 2017/18 campaign.
