Orlando Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic leads this week’s team after an impressive 2-1 victory over arch rivals Kaizer Chiefs in the Soweto derby to move the Sea Robbers within one point of Absa Premiership leaders Bidvest Wits. His defender Innocent Maela scored the opener and we slot him wide on the left of the backline alongside Taariq Fielies and Ronald Pfumbidzai as centrebacks. Both scored and kept clean sheets for Cape Town City and Bloemfontein Celtic. Edgar Manaka’s sole goal was enough to hand Polokwane City all points on offer against Maritzburg United as he completes the back-four. In midfield, Andile Jali was instrumental for Mamelodi Sundowns away to Chippa United, winning himself a maiden Man-of-the-Match award at Downs. Flanking him at the heart of midfield are Thabo Nodada and Mthokozisi Nene. The duo got on the scoresheet for the first time this season.
