Why must Gauteng foot the bill?

With regards to your article “Sanral’s 10c blunder” of October 27, why is it that only Gauteng was targeted to be the guinea pig of this wasteful project?

It was introduced without consultation with all stakeholders because the right pockets were lined.

I have just one question, why must Gautengers pay when Sanral maintains roads throughout South Africa, yet others don’t have to pay additional fees?
