The Saas Fee Stakes is the first feature on the card and while this $200,000 Group 3 race only attracted seven three-year-olds, the much anticipated clash between LIM’S LIGHTNING and BOLD THRUSTER makes it a mustwatch race.

LIM’S LIGHTNING probably starts favourite given he is gunning for five straights wins - one at two-year-old Group level - but you could argue BOLD THRUSTER has the better form given he did it tough in good company last start when being beaten for the first time at his fourth career start.

The Group 2 EW Barker is just an exciting with MISTER YEOH, BE BEE and ZAC KASA all serious four-year-olds with big futures ahead of them.

Any of the three can win with MISTER YEOH and BE BEE already have Group wins on their resume while last start winner ZAC KASA has placed in Group 1 open company when almost pinching the Lion City Cup.

Two very good features in what looks a very entertaining nights racing.
