NPA applauded for dilligence

The Northern Cape provincial commissioner, Lieutenant-General Risimati Shivuri, applauded the National Prosecuting Authority and investigating officer Detective Sergeant Lucky Malepe for showing diligence in investigation after a stepfather received a 20-year jail term for raping his 10-yearold step-daughter.

“The rule of law should instil the common sense of morality back into the society, where women and children shall live without fear,” he said. – ANA
