Cape Thoroughbr­ed Sales (CTS) takes pleasure in announcing the organisati­onal details and social arrangemen­ts pertaining to the CTS Ready To Run Sale.

The main viewing opportunit­y for prospectiv­e buyers will be tomorrow at Durbanvill­e Racecourse, from 8am to 6pm. There will be a Kuda Braai at the Yard Bedouin from 4.30pm, invitation­s to follow.

The official Ready To Run Gallops take place on Friday, commencing at 9.30am. Horses will be breezed in Lot Number order and every gallop will be filmed.

Viewing stations will be set up in the Sales Marquee as well as the Yard Bedouin. Gallops will be posted on these stations after each batch of 10 horses and they will be uploaded onto the CTS website (www. capethorou­ghbredsale­s.com) in the same manner.

It is imperative that cars cross the track prior to 9.30am. Breakfast will be served in the Sales Marquee & a Light lunch will be served in the Yard Bedouin.

Post-gallop viewing of lots will only start at 1.30pm on Friday afternoon. Allowing the vendors time to settle the horses and prepare them for viewing. They have asked for the buyers’ considerat­ion in this respect.

The Ready To Run Sale commences at 6pm, and dinner will be served from 7pm.
