Here are two delicious summer cocktails, perfect for “hump day”. Jerry Loves Ginger cocktail and march to the beat of your own drum with versatile Fitch & Leedes Spicy Ginger Beer – perfectly spicy to enjoy in cooler weather, but deliciously refreshing poured over ice on a hot summer’s day.

SERVES 2 TIME 10 MIN LEVEL EASY

INGREDIENTS

1 part Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum 3 parts Fitch & Leedes spicy ginger beer

METHOD

1) Add Sailor Jerry

Spiced Rum to an empty highball glass.

2) Fill with ice. Top with Fitch & Leedes spicy ginger beer and garnish with candied ginger. INGREDIENTS 200ml Theonista Lemongrass & Orange kombucha Crushed ice Slice of orange A generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice Basil leaves Edible flower garnish (optional)

METHOD 1) Fill a glass with crushed ice, pour Theonista kombucha into a cocktail glass of your choice, add a slice of orange, squeeze of lemon juice, basil leaves and stir. Finish off with edible flowers as a garnish and enjoy.
