Serero back in harness at Vitesse Arnhem

Thulani Serero (left) returned to the Vitesse Arnhem starting lineup on Sunday as they won 3-1 at Willem II. Serero missed Vitesse’s last game before the international break, because of a slight injury, but this did not stop him making his international return for Bafana Bafana, as he took the field in their Africa Cup of Nations draw with Nigeria and as a substitute in their recent Nelson Mandela Challenge draw with Paraguay. Serero lasted the full 90 minutes for Vitesse, too, who are currently fourth in the table.
