John Block and Christo Scholtz are jailed for 15 years, charged with fraud and money laundering. Why haven’t we seen these jail sentences applied to dozens of known fraudsters in government yet? The facts are there but no finalisati­on as applied to Block and Scholtz. Bob Gillies
