There’s always time for a cocktail, especially if it’s easy to make.

SERVES 1 TIME 5MIN LEVEL EASY Hendrick’s gin buck

INGREDIENT­S 50ml Hendrick’s Gin 15ml lemon juice 3 parts ginger ale 2 dashes Angostura bi ers 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber 1 lemon twisty

METHOD 1. Combine all the ingredient­s in a highball filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir and serve. 2. Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber and lemon twist.
