The previous last five fixtures between Arsenal and Manchester United have seen the Red Devils have the upper hand with three wins, one draw and one defeat ahead of their league clash at Old Trafford tonight.

The last time the Gunners won a league match at the Theatre of Dreams was way back in 2006. Arsenal, however, have been in good form recently and should be confident of ending their poor run against an iffy United this time around.

The North London club head into this clash following a morale-boosting 4-2 win over fierce rivals Tottenham this past weekend. The win took their points tally to 30 in the league standings after 14 games.

But, Arsenal manager Unai Emery might have to go to battle without the services of midfield maestro Mesut Ozil, who is reported to be suffering from backache.

Meanwhile, United go into the game following a disappointing 2-2 draw atSouthampton. Jose Mourinho’s side find themselves in seventh place with 22 points from the same number of games.
