Which brainless ponytail decided to add 80 pages of hyperbole to the 2019 Outsurance policy rate schedules?

Do they really believe policyholders have the time or inclination to read through that?

Or is it that you are trying to outdo Discovery Health on the amount of claptrap you send out? David H
