Use recovered money to build SA

So, now the people are striking again because of job losses and unemployment.

All the stolen money should be paid back by the culprits implicated in fraud and state capture by freezing their bank accounts and selling all their assets to build houses, provide basic services to the people of South Africa.

This would create work for builders, plumbers, painters, etc, thus reducing the unemployment rate at the same time.
